The Redmond Association of Spokenword (RASP) was founded in 1997 to promote literary arts and activities in Redmond, Washington, and the surrounding area of east King County. Our monthly readings have featured a who’s who of regionally recognized poets, novelists, nonfiction writers, children’s book writers, storytellers, and memoirists—and occasionally even songwriters, comedians, and improv artists. Click to view the following yearly lists of past readings. Also read more about RASP History. We hope you can join us at our next reading!
Note that some website links on the following pages are no longer accurate. In addition, we are missing data for all readings prior to late 2005, so please let us know if you can help us fill in the gaps or otherwise improve our listings. During the pandemic, we held our readings on Zoom. Most event photos are by Michael Dylan Welch.
